We are looking for a versatile Senior Hospitality Marketing Expert who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and thrives in a dynamic environment. This role requires a proactive mindset, the ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Strategy and Implementation
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning, visibility, and audience engagement.
• Take ownership of projects by independently managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage external partners and agencies (PR, digital marketing, design, copywriting) with clear briefs and aligned expectations.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, website content, and social media campaigns.
• Perform minor website updates, ensuring consistency and high-quality content.
• Supervise offline marketing efforts, including print campaigns and premium publication placements.

Sales and Partnership Support
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, such as co-branding partners, influencers, and industry representatives.
• Represent the brands at select events to strengthen visibility and networking opportunities (excluding travel expenses).
• Provide strategic support for operational sales tasks and guide team members as needed.

Event and Launch Management
• Plan and execute pre-opening and launch events, including press launches, influencer collaborations, and media gatherings.
• Coordinate familiarization (Fam) trips and press visits to showcase brand experiences.

Budget and Reporting
• Manage budgets for marketing and sales activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to financial plans.
• Deliver regular updates and reports on campaign performance, stakeholder communication, and budget management.

YOUR PROFILE

• At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing and/or communication, ideally within the hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury sectors.
• Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Strong skills in strategy development and the ability to translate ideas into practical, actionable plans.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Outstanding communication and relationship management abilities, both internally and externally.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, website management, and analytics.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages such as German or French are advantageous.‍
